Buyers pay all shipping costs, which are added to the purchase price during the checkout process.

We ship all orders via the United States Post Office.  All orders are sent Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and are insured against breakage.  (If an item ordered is outside of the USPS shipping size parameters, other shipping arrangements will be made with the buyer.)

All pieces are packaged carefully with attention to the fragility of the glass.  However, if you encounter any problems, you must keep all the packing materials and items for the Post Office to inspect in order for you to collect the insurance.

Since I hand engrave each piece individually one at a time, I don’t keep “ready-made” glass in stock.  Your estimated order shipping date will be two to three weeks from the date ordered.  If more time is necessary to complete your order, you will be notified. Contact us if you require a RUSH order, as we may be able to accommodate you; however, additional charges will apply.
